I was looking at Nordstrom, Macys, and all the big name department stores but just couldn’t find a dress I really liked without having to spend hundreds of dollars, which I didn’t feel like doing. I decided to “check out” Amazon, and couldn’t believe the quality of this black dress when I got it. Especially for the price! No one would know it was 60 bucks! It felt much more substantial and looked amazing on. My husband loved it and I felt like a million bucks in it. It’s very comfortable and flows beautifully when you walk. I was hesitant to buy a formal gown on Amazon because it's so hard to tell the quality just from the photos and description, but this dress completely blew me away. The material is soft, stretchy, comfortable, and extremely flattering. It was the perfect balance of formal and comfort. The dress itself is not see-through, as it has a thick slip sewn in and the top section also did not show my bra. The tail of the dress is a little long (I'm 5'5), but a pair of 3.25" heels did the trick. To add glam to the dress, I paired it with rhinestone heels and a matching purse. The heels I paired with the dress are the Naturalizer Women's Brenta 2 Dress Sandal. I ordered both the XL and the XXL, and the XL is the one that fits perfectly. My current measurements are bust 43", waist 36", and hips 41".

This dress is flattering, I got it in blue. M size was perfect as I have wide hips. A little loose on the top because I have a triangle shape, but it can be fixed. I am 5' 5", 145 pounds. The dress is just a millimeter from the floor. I will use heels.

I am 5'8, 225 pounds, and 40DD and this fit snug wearing the 2XL. The material is thick and covers you. The V neck part is good where it gives a tiny bit of cleavage without the girls all hanging out. The only thing was the ruffly sleeves- there was all this extra ruffle under the armpit that you don't need, it will only make you look wider. I cut and pinned it back and trimmed off and pinned some of this ruffle sleeve under the armpit to make that part smaller. I tried on the navy, black, dark green, and burgundy. The dark green looked like 'sea creature' on me, the burgundy was too 'Christmas party at the office', and the navy and black were the winner that you just can't go wrong with. I didn't dare try the lilac or light pink because at my size, it would just make me look more gigantic than I already am! (let's be honest here!) The ruffled down the stomach covers most of the tummy so you won't be too self conscious about your mid section. I usually don't like a high-lo dress where it is higher in the front and lower in the back because they can look cheap, but this doesn't at all. I will get a lot of wear out of the dress. Def a good buy at a good price.
