Sizing is an issue w a lot of formal adult dresses I’ve tried on. It’s not specific to this dress, bt like many others, it does not fit across the bust and upper back. I am a little below average in height, bt I am more ample up top, hence, no zip up. I tried the next size up, bt then the dress was so big I swam in it. Otherwise, the neck line on this dress is elegant and the dress itself (at least in navy) is a multipurpose event dress.
