Description

The 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T is like a grown up version of it’s sporty CTR cousin. Equipped with a similar 2.0T, this big sedan knows how to get you where you need to go both quickly and comfortably. It soaks up the road rather than attacking it. While this Accord might be grown up, there are some things it can’t grow out of. Blow-by is an issue that affects just about every internal combustion engine, including the 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T. This murky fuel and oil mixture makes its way back through the intake system, coating the top end internals and lending itself to carbon build up, ultimately robbing your Accord of both performance and efficiency. Never fear, Mishimoto is here to reduce the risk of carbon buildup in the K20C4 with our direct fit baffled oil catch can kit for the 2.0T Accord. This kit mounts one of our patent pending 3 oz. two-port catch cans in line with the engine’s PCV system and separates out oil and fuel vapors from the crankcase pressure, leaving it behind in the bottom of our can. To simplify the installation, our kit includes two pre-molded hoses, specifically designed for the Accord’s engine bay, along with a robust mounting bracket available in black or Rallye Red. As with all Mishimoto products, the 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit also includes the Mishimoto Lifetime .

Raving review on. YouTube saying this thing will make your car last longer if you plan on keeping it for a long time.. yeah right after installing this I started hearing rattle sound coming from the engine like some nut or bolt is drop on it but couldn’t find anything anywhere that would rattle only during light acceleration on the gas pedal. Look many times and time agian trying to find where the rattling noise coming from but after 2 months of annoying sound I decided to remove the 2 hoses for the oil catch can and put my stock hose back in and what you know .. that dam noise is gone .. my 2022 accord 2.0T was only 3 months old and with that noise it was so annoying. Was just about trading or selling my new car for a different one but thankfully remove that mishimoto crap was the best thing for this car beside my k and n filter.. I will keep this car stock I’m sure the engineers knows what they doing. ... show more

Installation took a little less than 30 min. I found the spring clamps to be problematic. Replacing them with a screw type solved the problem. The engine is new 6k miles. It collects about .5 ounces every 1,000 miles.

Easy to install and it has collected unnecessary oil that would cause carbon up the backside of the intake valve. The catch can is well built and you will not have a problem installing it.
