I am a big fan of Minnetonka moccasins. I began buying them for the comfort and style, but I continue to buy them for the quality materials and workmanship - that sort of thing is more important to me now that I am older. This particular style - the suede Kilty - works very well with all my casual clothing, and is a step up from sneakers, creating a more elevated look. The thing about real leather moccasins is that they will conform to your feet in no time at all, making them as comfortable as your favorite slippers. Minnetonka suggests going a full size up in this style, but I did not find that to be necessary. I was fine just going half a size up, even though I usually wear these with thick wool socks - just FYI...

I am not a flat wearer (I'm 35 and not had a pair since high school). I usually wear a size 10, sandles, casual sneakers and 9.5 in Adidas running shoes. I bought my first pair in a store. I picked up the 10's and way to big. 9.5 felt good for the time being and would of worked if I knew they were not going to stretch (lady at store tried telling me they would not). Anyways I left out of there with the 9 strangely enough. They were a bit snug and my toes were to the edge (if these were sandles I would have been hanging over.) I brought them home and wore them around the house (to break in). Before I started wearing them elsewhere I wanted to try them out without making them dirty (in case I changed my mind). I almost put them back in the box to return that night. They rubbed a bit and felt a bit to confining. I loosened the bow at the top (the tie runs around the back to make shoe tighter, not just for looks). So here I was day 2 and they were rubbing a bit more and making the top of my foot raw....grhhh. I was ready to return them and continue my search for some slip on shoes. I am so glad I didn't.....I wore them again the next day about half way through the day they changed into the most butter like leather shoes with a perfect fit. Point being they look better after they are worn and feel like shoes you have had for years after they are broken in. They do squeak a bit on my statined concrete floor but at this point everyone will have to get over it including me cause they feel awesome. Wear them as your house shoes for a couple of days and you will be good to go :)

Have you ever found it is hard to find a pair of comfortable shoes which can match your clothing when you go out? Would you like a pair of flats when you get tired of heels? I think this is for you: Minnetonka Women’s Kilty Suede Moc Hardsole. It is comfortable as well as easy to match! Advantages First, the material of these shoes is leather (not just outside, as well as the cushion), which makes them feels soft and breathable. In contrast to many formal leather shoes, the suede material makes it look casual and cute. I also love the design of these shoes. The tassels outside of these shoes make them look special, which recall me of the spirit of freedom and being closed to nature. Design is not only about good-looking, it should take both appearance and function into consideration. You may easily find beautiful shoes, but it is hard to find a pair of classic shoes, being classic means both good-looking and comfortable. These shoes are hard-sole, which makes them very durable. I have been wearing them for one month and the sole did not wear that much. Besides, they are very light and the sporty rubber sole makes them easy to wear for walking. Disadvantages Well, though it has many advantages, there are also some disadvantages. First, since the leather is dyed by using plant pigment, the color is easy to lose and I often find my feet or socks colored. Second, the shoes laces loose easily and I have to tie them up again and again. But that may due the method I use to tie them up. For anyone who considers buying this product, I can tell you that I have bought this product three times and it consistently performs well. I can wear it with my pants, jeans, shorts and dresses – almost everything. Besides, there are many colors you can choose!

Order one size larger than normal-good advice. Fit was perfect...moccasins do adjust to one's foot shape within a couple of hours. The bows do become untied frequently - I have yet to glue them, but I will. Perfect red and very comfy. Quality packing too!
