I wear 9.5 EE shoes normally (New Balance, J. Murphy, etc.) and I ordered the 9.5 W slipper from "Orva Stores;" however, when I received them, I found that the tags showed the normal 9.5 men's size (I do not see "W" next to the 9.5 - refer to attached photo). I figured I should at least try them on before complaining, and they do seem to fit well, if not a little loose. My previous regular 9 were too tight, the regular size 10 were too loose (both sets worn until they were worn out); I figured the 9.5 might be "just right"..... Not. I have only had these for a week but so far they are living up to my expectations. I bought them to replace a pair of L.L. Bean moccasins which I completely wore out so time will tell if they are a comparable item. The bottoms don’t have much tread but seem to be well made and attached very well to the uppers. The uppers are leather and the wool inside is real which is a huge plus. I wear an 11.5 wide shoe and ordered the same size in this slipper. The fit for me is about as close as I can hope for. They are just a little loose barefoot and just a little snug with socks on but comfortable either way. If these last me two years like the Bean mocs I’ll probably order another set. ... show more

I tried the 9.5 and the length was as expected but it was very narrow. I exchanged it for a 9.5 wide and that's a more "normal" fit for me. I strongly prefer this sheepskin version over their pile lined version I initially bought. This sheepskin version is much more comfortable and feels like it'll last longer too. They have a similar feel to the comparable LL Bean wicked good mocs. Not sure I can say I prefer one over the other. I do prefer the slight wraparound heal of the Minnetonka. Anyways, it'll be interesting to see how they age but love them so far. ... show more

I bought my first pair of Minnetonka slippers at the beginning of the pandemic and loved them. I work from home wore them everyday all day even around the yard. They basically replaced my shoes unless I went out to run errands. Well I wore them straight out. So I bought a new pair and they look great and are super comfy.
