Crispy, consistent, and simple. This is a great cheese pizza for GF folks who need a cheese pizza that can appease adults as well as children. No big vegetable chunks hiding under the cheese blanket. The sauce is base and mild, not acidic or spicy. I usually oil and salt the bottom of cauliflower crust pizzas before oven entry, as most have neither on the bottom and require it to meet their potential. Put foil and the bottom of your oven and then bake directly on a rack. This creates a flawless crust as crispy and salty as you like without leaving a biohazard in your oven. l only tried this gluten free pizza because it was on sale and the reviews were excellent. usually I do not like any gluten free pizza and I don't like cauliflower LOL there is zero cauliflower taste and it is very very good the best gluten-free pizza I've ever tried

These taste like regular pizza. Delicious. The crust isn’t super crisp. I’ve made these a few times, and it took a few tries to get the timing right, because I’m using an air fryer. On the air frying cook-level, 6 min was perfect (a couple minutes shorter than suggested for “bake” in a regular oven. I’m allergic to wheat (different than celiac), and I’ve never reacted to these pizzas. ... show more

Oh my gosh, this is delicious! I would never guess the crust isn’t wheat. Crunchy crust, delicious savory sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. I’m a big fan of Whole Foods brand frozen pizza and Newman’s Own frozen pizza and I would say this comparable flavor-wise to those.

I love this pizza. It's one of the best frozen pizzas I have ever had, and trust me I have tried manyyyy. The only downfall is the price. I could get a cooked bar pizza down the street for the same amount of money. However this is the healthier option :)

I'm gluten intolerant and always trying to watch my weight, so I've tried lots of cauliflower crust pizzas. Milton's tastes more like pizza--without an overwhelming cauliflower bouquet wafting up. It's my go to pizza now.

I like cauliflower crust usually. This texture was good you just have to cook it perfectly to get the crunch but carefully not too much to burn it. I wish it had a bit more sauce and cheese, then it would have been perfect. The thickness was fulfilling and the taste was a good quality of frozen pizza. Size was perfect for a snack for adult, teenager and toddler with portion control slices. So for the value for the money spent I would suggest it.
