  • Men's size 10 "tactical boots"
Size: 12 Women/10 Men Color: Black
Update: 1/28/26: I wore these boots outside in eleven inches of snow for two days moving snow with a shovel and snow blower and they kept my feet warm and the tread/traction was respectable in snow. I went to the park and walked my usual two mile route yesterday and the snow slowed me way down since the trail had not seen much traffic. So, I moved along as best I could and finally made it back to my car in about 70 minutes which is 20 minutes longer than usual. These boots kept my feet warm in snow that ranged from boot top deep to shin deep drifts and unbroken trail and on a partially broken/packed trail. Very comfortable on my feet and they kept my feet warm in below zero and slightly above zero temperatures for extended periods of time outside and in my truck. My first impression is that these boots are made of modern durable materials and are made with good fabrication standards. They fit my size 10-10.5 feet perfectly. I'd say they would easily fit a size 10&1/2+ which was my official military boot size. They feel quite comfortable just wearing them around the house and they keep my feet warm with my standard wool blend socks that I wear in the winter months. They are very light weight compared to any work boots or winter boots that I own. They have a zipper on the inside which seems unnecessary since you must lace up/tie the boots very snug and the zipper doesn't allow you to remove the boots when properly laced and tied. The soul of the boot is very light duty. What appears to be an air pocket "shock absorber" design does help reduce overall weight and does add to shock absorption. These are not "rock climbers" or "black Cadillacs" like the old military issue boots so I would not expect them to hold up as well as a more expensive hiking boot. But that's hypothetical at this point. IMO they are more suited and designed as urban and suburban boots for the "Thin Blue Line". I would not say that they are built for twenty five mile forced marches in wild terrain. The decorative synthetic stripes are not fused or sewn to the shaft or body of the boot. I know from nine years in the infantry, while moving through wooded areas and open wild fields or prairie, that those stripes could possibly snag on a branch or thorn bush. Possibly since I have not worn them outside, yet. I'll be taking them for a walk at the park in the coming days and I will report back about the overall comfort and shock absorption on gravel, dirt, tree roots, rocky, asphalt trails. ... show more

  • Cool looking walking around boots!
Size: 12 Women/10 Men Color: Black
These KEFUWU boots are a long way from tactical in my experience, but they are a cool looking boot that is a great buy for under 60 bucks. They are designed well, with solid construction from quality materials that are double stitched and glued tight, and if there are imperfections, they are imperceptible on the pair I received. They are so extremely light that when I first lifted my foot with them on, I almost kicked my own butt! They are very comfortable and provide adequate cushioning and support while giving you a bit of spring in your step. I have worn them almost exclusively since I got them, trying to break them in a bit with the hope of overcoming my only issue with them, and that is the size. I have been a size 10 since I was born, so that’s what I ordered. Unfortunately, with wearing regular crew socks my big toe on both boots press against the end of the boot, and rub my toe ends just enough to create a bit of discomfort. I even trimmed my toenails to give myself every possible advantage in this unseen battle. It’s very close to not bothering me, and I have not had to take them off solely due to that, so I’m positive with just a bit of stretching they will be just fine. I mention this as my pair ran a bit small, but others mentioned they seemed to run a bit big, go figure. Even though I own 2 pair of insulated Timberlands, and a pair of awesome Cabela’s Pac-boots, these are now my daily go-to footwear of choice even though the temp has been running well below zero with wind chill readings at -30F some recent days. Snow has been no issue either, as my feet have stayed relatively warm and dry shuffling through it to clean off my propane tanks, and I have not felt unstable stepping on slightly slippery surfaces. The main reason for designating this footwear as my go-to is the weight and ease of getting in and out of them. I simply leave the top two wrap hooks empty, and this allows me to just step into them and secure them with the side zipper. I simply reverse the process when taking them off. At this price I am going to buy and try a pair of size 11’s, maybe two for future use as I know I will be wearing these to work around the house in the summer as well! ... show more

  • great! though one of them is sadly indented now and won't pop back
Size: 11 Women/9 Men Color: Black
they are very lightweight and comfortable....buuuuuut I was pressing around on the boot to feel the durability of the material, and pressed on the toe of the shoe. it now has a permanent indent that I cannot un-dent. I wasn't even pressing that hard. I'm sure it's just due to how the boot is made, but the other boot didn't indent at all. it's a little disappointing, but I use these for work so it's not like they have to be perfect. I do think they're worth the price, although that dent worry has me a little shaky on quality. I'll update this review with anything bad or good after I work a lot more in them. I did wear them for opening day and they were fairly comfortable, I do a lot of physical work and move around a lot. they are funky looking too, but in a really good way. I've been getting compliments on them. I got a size 9 when usually I wear an 8.5 and they're a little big without thicker socks on. so they seem to fit true to size/a little big if anything. ... show more
