I got this for my mom to reheat her coffee. She loves it. She is nolonger burning up pans on the stove. The only thing is that it does not have is a temperature shut off.

    • Takes forever to boil a small cup of water.
The instructions say, in tiny print, that it takes 10 minutes to boil a cup of water. That's not what the website implies. I was waiting and waiting... and yes, a watched pot never boils, but this seemed to take forever.
