I only measured how tall he was and that worked for me. The onesie is so soft and warm. The zipper goes all the way around the butt so that you don’t have to take it off for diaper changes or potty breaks. I was impressed with the quality. I really like that the zipper goes all the way down & back to make for super easy diaper changes. The material is so soft, perfect for a chilly Halloween night. We got the fox one last year and we got the blue dinosaur this year. Both are of absolutely excellent quality. We have washed the fox probably 3 to 4 times (air dried it) and it is still wonderfully soft! This is always the Halloween costume I recommend to any of my friends with babies!
