I don't usually write reviews unless the item goes above and beyond my expectations and these shoes did. Amazon's sizing recommendations said that a half size smaller (7.5) would fit my size 8 feet and they did perfectly with a little wiggle room. They are a cute feminine style with a heel that lengthens the legs and lifts the booty and gives my short self a little more height. I have wide feet but these shoes are comfy straight out the box with a good amount of room in the toe area. Enough to stretch out and wiggle around. Love the look. I need height and this gives it to me. I ordered a 7. The 7 1/2 would’ve been better because of the heel height my toes touches the front of the shoe. So maybe they run a little small. I don’t wear it as a Zuma trainer, it is not a flexible sneaker. I wear it more for a dressier look and again it gives me the height I need. I love the looks of the shoe and platform style. I got them to pair with bootcut leggings that are long. In my opinion, the size is 1/2 a size too big so consider going down 1/2 a size from your typical shoe size.
