I've worn this chain working out, in the shower, long travel days, sleeping, and working on the car. No weird discoloration, gold plating wearing away, or rashes around my neck. Haven't worn it every single day, but most days. People complaining about the chain losing its shine or discoloring don't realize you need to keep jewelry clean, I guess. My body soap and shampoo have done a fine job, haven't even had to bring it to a jeweler. Very sturdy construction, not gonna break because you put it on over your head a bit quickly and it gets snagged. Only thing I wish is that the Cuban links were a bit thicker, which is why it's not a 5 star review. 2nd picture shows thickness. For what it is though, that's an incredibly fair price. I'd pay more for thicker links and would be upset if this chain was priced higher with the current link thickness. ... show more

I’ve not had any issues with any of my purchases. Hopefully I won’t have any issues as long as the beauty matches the craftsmanship. I’m not that concerned. I love the weight and how comfortable these pieces are to wear! * I’d love to see a golden version of the byzantine silver chain*. It’s fun to just look at in the sun. Honestly it’s my favorite piece to wear if I’m feeling unable to decide. You won’t regret it. The silver definitely checks out. It has the color and the heat conductance that you expect from sterling silver. It’s never caused any reaction or discoloration of my skin. Beautiful, beautiful stuff! It was okay. Didn't care for it for me. Be aware the return process is ridiculous. Sent it back and had to wait over 30 days. They still wouldn't respond and I had to get Amazon involved to force a refund. Don't buy it assuming you can just return it like most amazon items.
