Sometimes smaller is better - I like this necklace; however, the heart is fairly large. If you like smaller pendants, there might be better options. I would compare this to a 50-cent piece vs. a quarter or nickel in size. The weight gives it a nice feel of quality to the wearer.

The 3-D pendant is a subtle mix of yellow gold and silver; beautifully finished, with tiny little hearts on the sides. I am very partial to this mix, as I prefer silver or white gold, but some outfits look better with a touch of yellow gold. There is something truly special about this one-of-a-kind design. The rhodium-plated chain can be adjusted by about 1¼ inches; it is thin but strong and carries an S925 stamp. The pendant comes in a well-padded (expensive-looking) box, so it would be a lovely gift (if you can bear to part with it).
