I use this to cut large decals/letters to go on cheer signs. The backing is paper and sticks to my standard grip cricut mat. It does not ruin the front facing vinyl, but it does make reloading the mat for my next cut frustrating. I ordered some light grip mats and I will try that next. You might not have problems with small designs that you could use a spatula to lift my designs are large (11.5 x 22”). So I have to flip the design and mat face down and roll the Mat off the vinyl backing. Color is a perfect varsity yellow and using 3-4’ per sign, I will be able to make 12-13 signs with this one roll! ... show more

Perhaps just a bit too sticky, areas of the design became permanently adhered to the graph board. And I seldom write anything but positive notes, just want buyers to beware. Going back to Cricut vinyl only.
