I didn't know if I would really like this or not. For a long time, if a person wanted to use a VR setup you had to include a PC with a extremely high end video card in it in order to play and that just meant shelling out a lot of $$$ just experience it and I just didn't think it was worth it. A friend of mine let me try his, and we were in his garage. No PC in site. My first look was with a type of game I was familiar with and always thought how much better that game would be in a 3D environment. That game was "The Room". O M G that was a beautiful game rendered beautifully with the Quest 2 headset. I bought one the minute I got home (after convincing my wife I needed it) After getting it and showing her, ... She bought one as well. There are many things to do with these Quest 2's besides games, there are some short videos that I have watched where the scenes were just breathtaking, along with some other things that I have yet to explore. I can even link this to my PC and work through another library of games and other things to do but alas... my PC video card doesn't cut it so i will have to pause on that for now. One thing I don't care much for is the strap that comes originally attached to the headset. Do yourself a favor... if you buy a quest 2 buy yourself an aftermarket head strap as well. ... show more

I enjoy the wireless capability of the Meta Quest 2. I wish the battery would hold a charge for longer, but it lasts long enough to wear me out on various physically demanding games. I use it primarily for exercise, so it's nice being wire free and not getting caught up or tangled in cords while focusing on a workout. I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

My kids got this for Christmas. They love playing this device. It is the first thing they want to do when we get home each day. Whatever game they play has them sweating with all the movement they are doing. I highly recommend it if you have children that play games with limited exercise.
