These Boots Are great. I've had multiple pairs of Merrill shoes and wanted something more like a boot. I read several reviews talking about the eyelets popping out and had a co-worker who told me the same thing, but mine hold strong. I don't tie my boots super tight so it's not an issue for me. I just pull all the slack from the eyelets without grabbing the ends of the laces and jerking hard. No problem. Good warmth, decent ankle support, (they are a low cut boot) and best of all great light weight. I'll buy another pair when I wear these out!

Great fit and comfortable for long hours on feet at work. New iniform called for new color boots and glad Merrell had then in this color so I can keep wearing them both at work and off duty.

Holy boots Batman. I have had Merrells in the past. I have had other high end footwear. These by far are the best boots I think I have ever had. From the first time I put them on they felt great. I did have to add an additional insole because I have sensitive feet but that did the trick. I was actually in Moab last week and while these boots gave me the ankle support I was looking for I didn’t expect the grip that they gave me. I purposefully tried to slip and couldn’t. I walked on slopes that most people were sliding on but I stuck to the rock. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Especially a footwear purchase online. Happy Camper.

I wore them 2 or 3 times a week for about 18 months. I worked outdoors cutting grass, clearing property & fence lines, gardening, hunting, and operating heavy equipment. Towards the end of this time the soles began to separate from the sides and bottom of the boot. I just got another pair to see if the sole separation was a consistent issue or not. I like the light weight, comfort, and the fit, but if sole separation remains an issue, this will be my last pair of Merrell boots. Time will tell.

Boots arrived used, no tag, mud and grass on the bottom. Upon closer inspection, I even noticed small amounts of blood on them. And now I get to wait 10 days until I'm refunded my $170.00. If I could give this item zero stars I would!

My husband is a Corrections Officer And he's tried a lot of different boots. He said these are by far the best! Five stars! He did have to go up half a size so he went from a 10.5 to an 11. I don't know if they usually run small, but quality is unmatched!

I love Merrell boots, but these are hard miss for me. I have an issue with my feet, and I wear size 13 wide in many other footwear. Well even a 12 Wide is way too large, as my insoles flop while walking. Additionally, these feel like blocks while walking. Quality is superior, but you really need to go to store to try these in because now I'm out of $100 because I cant return these after wear.
