The dress looks more expensive than it is, and it would have looked great with a designer belt and heels. It arrived with zero wrinkles in it, which gave me hope about its ability to power through such a day. Unfortunately the neckline was too low to wear for professional purposes. I'm a 10-12 and the XL fit me well, but it was a tad tight in the bust. The back half of the waist has some elastic but it does make the back less flattering than it would be if the structured waistline went all the way around. This dress is absolutely beautiful and fits wonderfully. I ordered a size L. I'm about 5'4" and 150 lbs. The large fits just like I wanted it to. It isn't snug anywhere. For me, it is a true midi dress and hits me above my calf. Can't wait to wear this to a wedding this weekend!

Great dress for work if you can keep your ladies covered up. My badge helped clip the top closed to ensure it was more appropriate. I'm 5'5, as you can see past the knees. My arms are super chubby from being 100lbs bigger so I appreciated that the sleeves were stretchy.
