Cute Casual Fun Dress but Some Workmanship Defect on Mine

I bought this dress in BROWN MEDIUM. The fabric is very stretchy, thick enough and conforms to one’s shape pretty smoothly without showing too many bumps or bulges …. and nothing that some shape wear undergarments can’t improve. Straight out of the bag, the fabric doesn’t show many wrinkles. There is no zipper, but one really isn’t needed because the fabric easily stretches to allow you to pull down from over your head. There is good coverage around and under the arms. The dress feels very comfortable to wear. I am 5’4” and the length was a couple of inches above my ankles. The style is cute at that length with the ruffled split. The fabric seems on the casual side to me so I would pair it with some coordinating sandals. My 3* rating and return is because the dress I received has an issue where the fabric on the front panel does not smoothly join the seam of the split ruffle, causing some puckering, and it just doesn’t lay right. For reference I am 150# and 5’4”.

I got this dress for a fall wedding! It is not see through and it is so soft. The quality is pretty good and it’s stretchy! It’s flowy at the bottom and the color perfectly matches the picture! I honestly get nervous about form fitting dresses because I have a condition where my lower belly points out. I am wearing shape wear underneath because I was very bloated and nervous. The pattern and slit pretty much camouflage my tummy! For reference I am 5’7, 190 pounds and I’m wearing a size large! I usually wear a 12-14 in jeans/bottoms so I went off of that and the sizing chart!

Dress Fit is Flattering

Needed an outfit for anniversary pictures and was pleased to find this dress. Shipping was fast which was helpful due to my returning the large and getting a medium after trying it on. I typically wear a 12-14 dress size but recently went down to about a 8-10 size so the medium fit me fine and hugged my body in a flattering way there is stretch in the material which was nice. The dress felt soft, the lace flower design was beautiful. Highly recommend.

True to size, pretty dress

I chose this dress for a western formal wedding on a July day in southern California. The length, color, and cut were all spot-on. I do not like red clothing, but the wine color is quite pretty. I usually wear a size 4 (123 lb, 5'5") and was unsure of whether to choose small or medium (the sizing chart is off, with chest size unrealistic, and waist and hip measurements identical to each other, adding to the confusion of which size to get). I had tried other bodycon styles that felt like I was a shrink-wrapped snausage, so I tended to prefer the larger size in this style. But the small in this one skimmed perfectly. The medium was notably bigger through the chest, with gapping under the arms (36 in bust). Even as a thick, polyester material, it was still fairly cool due to the sleeveless design. It travels well, without wrinkling. The price is reasonable for the quality, especially if you can catch a markdown. It's a keeper.
