I wore this dress to my bridal shower and it was beautiful! The material is soft and good quality. I would say the slit doesn't show easily. I had to position myself intentionally in order for it to show. Seen in pictures!

Oh my goodness this dress is so cute! It’s a soft light material that I think will be breathable and cool for the summer heat. I’m obsessed with the slit, and think it adds the perfect amount of sass to this otherwise conservative dress. I can only speak to the white dress, but it has a lining underneath so it’s not see through. The top is a cute ruched material and is on the thin side so slightly see through, but I just threw on my cakes and problem solved. The tie on the shoulder is nonfunctional and only there for decoration. Sorry ladies, no pockets in this one. For reference, I wear a Victoria secret 34DD, a size 3 in pants, and am a schmedium in dresses and rompers. The size small fit perfectly in this dress. This is the perfect summer dress and it is definitely coming with me on my beach vacay in September! ... show more

I like this dress a lot! I ordered the dusty blue size large and it fits pretty well. I have some room in the bust, but I think if I had sized down then it would've been too tight on my tummy and hips. (bust measured at a medium, waist at the large). The skirt is sewn into tiers and I think if I sized down then the tier that hits right at/below my hips might be too snug and look weird. For reference I am 5'5, 180lbs, 36" bust, 32" waist, 45" hips. This seems like it'll be a great lightweight summer dress for my upcoming lake vacation, and I love the color. I will probably need to wear a strapless bra with it since the smocked top isn't very tight on me. I might order a size down just to see if it fits better. Would recommend! ... show more
