The colors are true, and it is so pretty that I may order other colors. It is lightweight thickness but definitely * not * see-through. The fabric quality is excellent. If you have hips and butt, go a size up with this dress. It is a beautiful design, material is great, and feels soft on the body. However the flow of the dress is not the same if you buy your exact fit having all the attributes GOD gave you. I normally wear a medium, and thought it would work just fine. The dress is very snug around the hips and the butt. Not at all the elegant and flowing look depicted in the product photo. The large might have done the trick. So, buy a size up if you are curvy. Gave it 3 stars because I am totally disappointed that I took a chance in purchasing clothing on Amazon for the first time and it is not true to size, leaving me in a lurch because there is no time before my event to return for a bigger size. ... show more
