This dress is definitely one of those “you just have to try it” pieces. The silhouette is timeless — modest rounded neckline, full-length sleeves, and a hem that hits somewhere between mid-calf and ankle depending on your height — but what really sets it apart is the fabric and overall construction. The material is surprisingly elegant and much better in person than you'd expect from a photo. It hugs the body comfortably — form-fitting but not restrictive — and fits true to size if you go by the brand's chart. The inner lining feels silky and smooth, and it doesn’t cling or get staticky throughout the day. The sheer sleeves are a nice touch too, featuring a soft velvet-like pattern that matches the outer layer of the dress perfectly. The color options are rich and tasteful — nothing flashy or cheap-looking. This dress is also super practical: no zippers or buttons to mess with, making it easy to slip on, and it travels well without wrinkling. Even better, it's machine washable. My wife loves the quality of this long sleeve dress. She said it is very comfortable and quite form fitting. It has a liner inside so it is not shear and no worries about see through. She says this would be great for going out to dinner or to a play since it’s quite formal looking. This is primarily polyester material with a small amount of elastane. She also likes the floral pattern and design and told me she thinks it’s a high quality dress. Manufacturer recommends cold wash for machine and then line dry. She’s very happy adding this to her wardrobe.

This is one of those 'just try it' dresses. The style is classic - high-ish rounded neckline, long sleeves, calf-to-ankle length (depending on height) - but that's just the basics. The fabrics are lovely, and they really need to be seen and felt in person. The entire dress is snug but not bandage-tight. It runs TTS according to their size chart. The underdress is a silky feeling material that doesn't get static-y or clump up in bad spots. The arms are sheer but also with the sort of flocked velvety design that matches the rest of the dress. The colors are lovely and classy, not garish or cheap looking. The dress packs well and has no zippers or belts to break or lose if you're traveling. Plus it is machine washable, making this a real wardrobe staple piece and a perfect emergency back up to pack if you are traveling for a semi-formal or dressy event. For the price (currently $50 with a coupon taking that down to $40), it's a decent value for how many times you can wear it and how long it is likely to last.

I was super skeptical about getting this. But I always tell myself you’ll never know unless you try, so…I’m glad I tried. It’s such a pretty dress. Somehow the mesh overlay isn’t trashy. It’s classy. I bought a small and I am 34 dd, 5’3”, 126-ish lbs..average post meno bod. I think it is a gorgeous mix of a brick and burgundy. The floral embossed leaves all over are just amazing. I think I may have been better off ordering a medium, but that’s my bad. I think the price of this is excellent. It’s a bit “fancy” but modest. It is perfect for date night, or holiday parties. I am so pleased with this and that I took a chance on it. I feel that I will be holding on to this for a long long time.👍!
