I’m inbetween small and medium, I got the small and it was perfect! Only negatives is it came with creases from being in the package, I’m sure steaming it would’ve helped but I didn’t have time to do that before the wedding. I ended up buying this dress in a medium and then a small for a friend's wedding. I am 5'2 and 145 lb. This dress was light enough not to be hot on a beach. But the medium kind of looked a little loose. The small was a bit tighter and although I was a bit self-conscious about my mom body especially around the midsection area, all my friends said the small looked the best. it did highlight my body outline though (like my pointy hips) I wore a girdle, but I still don't think it did what I wanted. Insanely terrible quality. Paper thin, see through, rips so easily. TERRIBLE fit. If you are thinking about buying this dress, PLEASE go to this one on Amazon instead: “Caracilia Women's Cocktail Maxi...” That is the exact same style, except that one has incredible thick and soft material.
