Despite the listing mistakenly calling them ice skates, they’re definitely roller blades—with vibrant, multicolored light-up wheels that instantly won our son over. The adjustable sizing (from 4 to 5) is a game-changer, easily done with a button on the side, which means they’ll last him longer as he grows. They’re not beginner-friendly—the wheels are quite loose—but for our adventurous boy, that just added to the thrill. I’m impressed by the sturdy build and thoughtful design, especially the reinforced back loop that makes them easy to pull on and hang up. And for all these features, they’re a great value for the money—durable, stylish, and memory-making all in one.

I recently purchased the Rotayi Mermaid Tail Girls Ice Skates for my daughter, who’s 7 and just starting her ice skating journey. From the moment we opened the box, I was impressed with how cute and inviting the design is. The blue color paired with the mermaid tail theme is vibrant and really caught her eye! One of the standout features is the adjustable sizing. These skates are designed to fit kids from ages 3 to 12, which is fantastic since my daughter is in a growth spurt right now. We were able to easily adjust the size to fit her perfectly, ensuring she can use them for a few seasons without needing to rush out for new skates. The Rotayi Mermaid Tail ice skates are very cute with the shiny pastel colors and mermaid theme. We are intrigued with the clever mechanism that allows the size to adjust with the push of a button. This should allow more years for our grandkids to enjoy and use the skates (assuming they are durable enough to last more than one season). We have not yet tried them on or used them (too early in the season for ice skating), so we can not yet comment on comfort or functionality - I gave only four stars for that reason. We like that there are 3 closure types - laces, velcro straps and buckles. These look great and we hope they work great too once we try them out.

These ice skates are very cute, I love the mermaid theme of the skates it's very unique from what I've seen before. The skates are easy to take off and put on which is important for a young skater. The fit is pretty nice and for the price these aren't a bad buy. I love the breathable mesh because often as your skating you start to warm up so even though your on ice and it's cold your body can get hot sometimes so the breathable mesh helps. The skates also keep your feet nice and toasty when you aren't moving which is great. The adjustable buckle is convenient to have although it's a bit of a learning curve for a younger child to use by themselves. Overall these skates are very durable, stylish and over an incredible value
