At first I thought, 'Oh cool, someone spun up some kitty doobies. Can't wait to show my friends.' Let me tell ya, I never thought what happened would ever happen. So I have this cat that lives on my porch down here in Key West. Only has five toes. Not one of those fancy Ernest Hemingway six-toed cats. Just your average scruffy outdoor Maine Coon cat that doesnt like to be messed with too much. Just lays on the porch all hours of the day and is out and about causing mayhem during the night. She routinely comes home with a bloody ear or scratched up face. She would fiercly defend her outdoor food dish as she would never trust coming indoors to eat. She licks her wounds and heals up ok. So I give her one of these catnip joints and BOOM! She is basically hand feeding iguanas and other stray cats by just laying there and watching them get up on her food dish. So yeah, these fancy left handed cat nip spliffs are doing the trick of keeping my porch cat out of trouble and not all tore up from fighting the neighborhood off of her grub pile. Right on! Cat was highly amused, pun intended. It was for his first bday, he was interested right away. Took him a little of tossing it around and chewing on it to figure out exactly what to do. Eventually it ripped and went into his eye, didn't hurt or bother him. Hilarious, he loves these.

When I was looking for medical grade, or industrial human compatible products, this came up, and advertised as "HUMAN CONSUMPTION CBD, CBN PRODUCTS. Not yelling, but attempting to point out the serious error someone on your end of things. I got this item one time; ordered mens socks also, but it struck me as odd when looking for a Human consumable item, was displayed next to a' "pet product". I was thinking "comparison, ok, lets do it. But the packaging display "for pets", did not say for pets and humans. And it was different for what was displayed on your site. And what is the significance of putting "cat nip" in a joint. This will confuse people. "Cats" don't have that capability or if they do, I haven't seen it. Now it's questionable if it's for pets or humans. Most of the time when I purchase catnip, either in store, or online, it's obvious to tell. Tested small sample and it tasted, and smelled like tyme, or thule, a "cooking" spice, not catnip. My pet sure saved me. And it didn't taste like oregano. I realize this is more of a novelty item and is was impulse buy as I just thought it was hilarious. However I did assume for the price it would be some pretty good catnip. I tore one in half and spread it out for my cat, she has absolutely no interest in this catnip and I question if it is even real or if I got some bogus meoeijuanna!! I took my cat in from a friend's mom who passed away, and she severely needed to go on a diet. She is also very skiddish, leary of anyone and anything new, even things like cat beds, condos, toys, scratching post, anything. She almost never responds to catnip, and even when she does she rolls around for a little while and is over it quickly. She of course is very food/treat motivated, and since no catnip worked I was giving her treats to get her to use her scratching post, trying to get her more active (I'd throw treats down the hallway so she'd chase them haha) and trying to get her to use the cat condo, bed, cat carrier, etc. But I did not want to continue this since she needs to diet. I read that cats who don't respond to catnip may like valerian root, silverine, chamomile and I think a couple other herbs.. I tried a few different catnip brands and blends, but THIS is the only one for her. Nothing else worked. She absolutely loved this blend, and kept going back to it throughout the day. Normally when she plays (she pretty much only likes playing with string) she'd pounce at it and chase it for a bit, but very quickly get bored and just lay down and lazily swat at it. But with this!? She played for longer than ever and remained way more energetic and engaged then ever. She was diving and running over and over, "hunting" the string in the cutest way, and idk. Idk how else to explain it but I've just never seen her play like that. And even later in the day she'd go back to it and roll in it some more, and she kept looking at the jar like "hey lady let me get some more of that! OH and she is finally using her scratching post and loving it. But mostly I am just happy that it is making her more active. So happy I found this and so happy she loves this blend. ... show more

The quantity for your money is there. They stuff it to the max. The jar is air tight. But I only gave it one star because my cats have no interest in it at all. They take one sniff and walk away, so it was a waste of my funds. However, the meowijuana purple passion blend is a huge hit with them. That one the get excited just to see the jar lol so I dont recommend the party mix at all but dor recommend the purple passion. ... show more
