MD said I had high arches so she gave me pads for my shoes. She suggested also using the pads in the house slippers but I wear socks in the house. I saw these so I thought I'd give them a try for simplicity. It's been two weeks and they do the job. They are comfortable and the arch support is solid. I need slippers with arch support, so am always looking for better ones. I wear a women’s size 9 1/2, and I ordered an 8 1/2. They fit exactly. No extra room. The arch support is decent. They look like shoes.
