I have also since purchased the grey “woolen feel” ones & the black woolen ones as well. They have stretchy waists but also belt loops if you want to do a tucked shirt. Ideally you would pair with oxfords for a sophisticated look or Sperry’s (boat shoes) for a casual look with a nice unique Polo from Goofandy or Lacoste. Depending on your budget. LOVE THESE PANTS. The material is pure poly, but the shape and cut feel much more expensive and high end than what these are. They also are pretty wrinkle resistant which is amazing. Have these in 2 colors and bought backups to keep in the closet.

When buying them I had no idea the pants were going to be the material that they were I thought it was going to be a normal dress pants style, but instead they are a very thick material, unlike the usual thin stuff.
