Originally ordered one size up to an XL based on reviews. Depending on brand, I usually wear between a 44R to 46R typical jacket. I returned the XL because it was just slightly too big. The large fits me perfectly, more on the 44R side of my range. I'm also slightly muscular, and have a bit of a barrel chest, still no problems. It does come folded so you may have a few creases; it is probably wise to get them professional dry cleaned first. I'll probably be ordering more colors; this is the one. ... show more

The material of the jacket is nice. It’s not stiff and appears to be made well. Here’s the thing though…I’m a 41 short. This jacket was not anywhere close to the description on the size chart. It was more like a 38 slim. So start with the next larger size on the chart to get a closer fit. The sleeves will be too long then but I think the jacket is worth the simple alteration. And..if you are not fit and trim this jacket may still not fit right as it is a “slim” size not a regular.. so after I sent the 1st one back and got the next size up. Like I was saying the sleeves were about 3 inches too long but other than that the newest jacket fit almost perfectly .. so make sure you adjust the size chart for the next size up ... show more
