The XL fits great for people like me with long arms and legs. The pockets hold my keys, phone, and wallet respectively while I'm on the leg press. My old tracksuit would drop everything if I came close to being horizontal. The material is stretchy, but not like other stretchy materials. It feels like it has more room than it does because it stretches imperceptibly at the joins, and probably other places too. I'm not an ergonomist or a designer. It's warm without being suffocating. These track suits are very comfortable. I love the look and style. Back pocket is a huge plus. They are not the thickest but they are definitely on the warm side. The black and red type of style is is thinner and less warm because it is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. All the other styles seem to be 100% polyester and warmer. If I have to find one drawback it is that they fit a little snug in the chest area and the butt area. That being said the length on the sleeves and legs are not too short like most tighter fitting clothes are, actually the length is perfect which I absolutely love because I'm on the tall side, so if they don't shrink in the wash I'm happy! ... show more

Not to thick and not to thin, just perfect, the jacket features stand-collar, full zipper, 2 side pockets. The pants are full length, 2 side pockets and a back pocket, also elastic waist design with drawstring. Super comfortable and lightweight fabric, this jacket and pant set is made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex, nice for fall chilly days or using during spring. Very nice fit. Great quality long arms.
