First let me say this skin care kit smell amazing. I thought it was going to be one of those cheap knock off sets, but it actually smells great. No "our version of" stuff here. I used it because I'm trying to start a good skin care routine, but I didn't want to invest a ton of money on products that may not work or I might not keep up with the habit after a few days. So far I am super pleased with this set. The cleanser is simple enough to use; just wet my face, lather it up, scrub and rinse. Then I follow up with the toner. I have never used toner in my life, but I guess it's important. It feels great and has a slight tingle. The lotion is the final step, keeps my skin from feeling dry and tight. It takes less than five minutes for me to do this, and I admit that my skin looks better somehow. This is a simple enough thing that I can do in the shower and get on with my day. If it takes longer than that, I already know I ain't doing it.

This is a nice gift set for me. It comes with everything a person could need. I love that it’s travel sized so you can take it on the go. My husband loves the face wash because it feels clean and doesn’t dry his skin out. This is also his first time trying a toner and he is obsessed. This would also a be a good gift for a teenager to learn proper skin care habits. This is also a good set because it’s not a combo or 3 in 1 thing that other products utilize. Overall a very nice set that would be a good gift.

This isn’t on the same level as CeraVe, but it’s a lot better than just using a bar of soap. At twenty two dollars, the price feels steep since the bottles look more like travel sizes. That alone makes me think four stars is fair. The cleanser and lotion themselves are nice. I don’t personally use acidic products on my face, so I can’t comment on that, but my husband said it’s a nice change of gift compared to random colognes he’s been gifted in the past. Also something to note, the moisturizer is literally water-like consistency.

This skin care set smells good, manly, musky, fresh, and clean. My husband likes it. He used the cleanser and it did well. Didn't break him out and didn't cause him itchiness or redness. Ingredients seem gentle so far. He's taking it slow and only using one product every other week, in case his skin reacts. Products are easy to use, but he'll opt out of the toner since he has a reliable mochi toner that he uses and has been doing good for him. This gift set arrived in good condition and included all 3 bottles: toner, cleaner, and cream. He tried the cream on his wrist and it was smooth and easy to apply. Eventually absorbs well and left his skin moisturized. He'll use it in a week from now. So far so good, so he recommends it.

This Laikou Men's Skin Care Set, is good for a gift. It's good for testing to see if your skin care routine could be changed/improved. I understand that not every product will work the exact same for every person. There are so many different types of skin out there and things just dont always work the same. I gave this a 3 star because it's not as good as some other skin care routines. This is a gift pack, so it's a small trial to see if you can possibly change your skin care routine. for me, after using this, I like the step 1, which is the facial cleanser. I felt like this did a good job, left my skin clean, removed most of the oils and left my face refreshed. However, i did not like the facial toner or facial cream. These 2 left me desiring more. After cleaning my face, i was then putting something on my face that left my face feeling not quite oily, but a slick shiny substance. It showed when i took pictures that my face looked oily.
