The Good: The shoe looks and FEELS exactly like the store brand shoe for less than half of the price (with one exception). I was worried about the rubber sole being ‘plastic-like’ the way other knock-off brands can typically lessen the quality of shoes and offer it cheaper. That is not the case here. The glued sole seems well constructed and I checked its durability by bending the shoe about 90 degrees. Every area was connected to the upper (no gaps). The traction on these are just as good as any basketball shoe, BUT the grooves on these bottom are not deep (same as the store brand though). Depending on the use, this may not last more than one season in terms of wear. The size was exactly as we ordered and we didn’t have any issues with the fit. THE NOT-So-Good The Insole was normal thickness, but a cheap foam. Likely, this was where they saved some money on the quality. You may want to replace this if you want/need more comfort. SUMMARY: Although my first impression of the quality is being pleasantly surprised, I can’t speak to its true durability until we get it on the court and put it to the test. The shoe LOOKS & FEELS like the store brand version (except for the insole), and from a quick test on our living room hardwood floors we’re optimistic that it’s going to be great and last enough for at least one season. If you need an affordable option, this is looks nearly identical to the MB.03 but a great off-brand option. I only gave this 4/5 stars because of the insoles, but would have given it 5/5 otherwise. ... show more
