I'm 5'7", 165 lbs, gym bro physique/built quads (usually a medium or large). Size large looked better to achieve the proper bagginess. Medium fits me as well, but it's a little too tight and not as flattering imo (I'm returning that one). You wear these for the casual streetwear look, so it'll be goofy if it's too tight. Tech pants for ~30 is good value. They look cool and feel fine. A little thin material, but again, good value. The one thing to note is that they are orange, not red. So, if you plan on matching red shoes with these or something, then you will need to reconsider. It's not a deal breaker for me since I happen to have lots of orange attire to match with it, but something you will want to be mindful of. The zippers are extremely cheap and difficult to use, and I started noticing threads hanging and coming loose in many places after only a couple of wears. Not the most comfortable.

I was a little worried these wouldn't fit but they fit super well!! I got the XXL and like if you want them loose go a size or two up bc I got exactly my size and they're tight. Comfortably tight like skinny jeans but they're not loose if that's what ur going for. Super great material too!
