Surprisingly, the funeral home suggested I look on Amazon for my husband's urn. I would've never thought of it, but they explained that they send all their customers here when looking for an urn. They told me these are the same good quality for half the cost that the funeral home can get them. I think I must've looked for hours when I finally decided on this one, and I'm so happy with my choice. The wood is a bit darker than it looks in the product picture, but I like it even better that way. The carvings are wonderfully done, and the box is very well made. I really can't say enough about the craftsmanship. The bottom opens with 4 screws and while it fits snugly, it is easy enough to remove and then put back once your loved one's ashes are safely tucked away. The box is simply beautiful and I feel like my husband would be happy with my choice, which is what matters most to me.

I’m so grateful I chose to order this for my Dad. He would be so pleased. The craftsmanship and wood grain is beautiful. The cross is on two opposing sides and the boarder goes all the way around. He was 200lbs and there is still some room if he would have needed more space. There is enough room that I could add add a small memento. (Helpful tip for opening the box due to no directions enclosed. Use a small phillips head screwdriver for the tiny screw. Then gently slide the thin bottom panel outward.) I also appreciate the timely delivery.

Well, this looked very nice. I think everyone thought so. I didn’t look cheap or poorly made. I looked properly dignified in respectable. Don’t feel bad about buying an urn on the cheap on Amazon. Buying an urn from a funeral home is a total scam.

Exactly as shown. Very attractive and seemed a fitting container to return our family member's remains to the earth. The funeral director was very pleased with it as well. It was the correct size and easy to work with to secure the cremains. It looked aesthetically pleasing and made a good impression at the memorial service. Very nice rosewood box made in India, overall a good value and recommended. A few minor cosmetic and finishing defects. Give it a good wipe with a cloth to clean it up. The main box is 10 mm thick. The "lid" (which is on the bottom of the box) is a sliding cover made of particle board, 5 mm thick, fitting snugly and stained to match the color of the rosewood. In my photo, you can see the edge of the lid on one side of the box along the bottom; the color matches quite well. I could be more enthusiastic about this purchase if I could know that it was harvested sustainably, as rosewood is an over-exploited resource, even though I intend to make only one such purchase per lifetime.

This product is just as described, arrived the bottom which requires a small Phillips screwdriver. So commodious as to hold the ashes of largest person. It comes with a cloth bag if the box were to be concealed, and this too was put into the box with the cremains as the box is thoroughly excellent so to reside in any room to suit any taste. I am grateful for the existence of this quality and simple solution for my need.

The death of a loved one is so traumatic and heartbreaking, and sometimes it feels like the pain is tripled when you start talking funeral expense. I bought my mother-in-law’s first urn from another company. When I received it I was shocked, horrified and more than a little upset. What I received was no way what was pictured. The craftsmanship was so bad that I was embarrassed. I had to replace it fast. Not only did the urn I ordered From your company arrive sooner than estimated, it is truly A work of art..Thank You.
