I have a size D chest and normally am a medium in tops so I ordered a medium but definitely could have done a small!! The straps are a tad long and it doesn’t push up your boobs (which I personally like)! You can wear a bra with it if needed but I probably won’t just for comfort reasons!!! I would buy it again definitely just in a smaller size
