Comfort: Thick, soft, warm, real sheepskin. Size: I usually wear a 9.5, sometimes a 9. I bought the Mel&Syd slipper in size 9 and it fits great. The heel does slip a bit, but I do not wear socks with them, and it is a slipper. Quality: I have a pair of Ugg boots from 2003, and I still wear them. That was when UGG Australia sold in the US. I believe Bearpaw purchased the UGG franchise to sell in US, and now they are made in China and Vietnam. The quality is gone gone. Thin suede, poor stitching, and not real sheepskin. UGG Australia is not able to sell in the US, because of this deal. These slippers, are thicker suede, with great stitching, and the sheepskin is fabulous! I also bought the boots! ... show more

Love these! The backs are tough enough that I can slip them on without bending and very warm! My feet are always cold do these are just what I needed on tile and wood flooring. If I need to run outside the soles are great. Fit is perfect for my size.

These slippers are just like the original ones bought in Sydney 35 years ago (before Uggs were marketed). Great quality, warmth and style. Highly recommend.

    • Not Exactly as described.
Not exactly as described. I was expecting these to have a removable arch support so that I could replace them as needed. They don't have removable arch supports. Any support was glued to the sole pretty solidly. I was afraid I'd ruin them if I tried to take them out. They do seem to have supports and at first the fur really helped too. By the end of a month the fur was completely squished under my heels & forefoot. Since I no longer have any fat pads it does become somewhat painful to walk in them. I expect that to continue. When I first received the slippers I noted that they seemed to be well made & built to last. I got my regular size & they did seem too tight as others mentioned. After a few days they fit perfectly. If it weren't for the firmly attached insoles they'd be my new favorites ... show more

What a dream! As soon as I put these on they were like waking on a cloud. I have plantar fasciitis and my heal pain makes it difficult to find shoes that won't make the pain worse. These have been the answer to my dreams. Comfortable, warm and so cute.
