Well when the first box didn't show up I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me . And then for some reason I was subscribed without my knowledge and received A second box Lord knows where the first box went . But apparently it didn't seem to care. They didn't seem to care and neither did Amazon . So the second box I received had nothing in it like in the photos . There was a little tiny thing of glitter a little tiny miniature size bronzer what looks like a full size lipstick but there's only actually half of a size lipstick and a full size bottle . And when I tried to send it back they refused to refund me and refuse to let me send anything back . And then I had a miniature sized setting spray . And plain chapstick literally plain chapstick . And on the little card that they sent with it, it suggested the retail price of all these products with their name on it and other people's names was so unbelievable . I hate leaving bad reviews but this company screwed me over especially with their false advertising and refusal to help me find my missing package and then have the balls to send me another one and charge me . The pictures in the photo are completely misleading. The only full size product I received was a lipstick. The rest were all miniatures. it's a full size lipstick yay NOT . I found out it's just like a quarter of a lipstick in a full size bottle. Not impressed. But the lipstick is a super bright color and I spent the last 6 months trying to sell it. With no success. Sorry Medusa maybe try not advertising things you're not going to put inside people's first box. The first box would be your first impression and I was not impressed. Especially with the plain chapstick. If I wasn't chapstick I would go down to the store and buy chapstick. 🙄 And I definitely wouldn't spend what you said was $12 for chapstick. Lol anyone who spends $12 regular boring not even flavored or fancy looking. Just nothing appealing about it. Chapstick is a moron. Cuz you could go down to the store and buy Chapstick brand Chapstick for cheaper than that and they're a million dollar company. Lol 🤣 So yeah the fake over inflated suggestible retail prices. I wasn't buying it. Figuratively or literally and when I tried to send it back they denied me sending back the products and wouldn't refund me. So therefore I say to thee all F*v*k medusas makeup ! Nice try though. You ripped me off quite well .

April 2021’s kit: I am vegan, and I was happy to find a make-up subscription company dedicated to supplying items like these. I like the selection in this package. The lip gloss — Medusa’s Disco Queen in Boogie Nights — is my favorite; I am lighter skinned, and it went well with my tone. The mascara worked for the short time that I had it on; I’ll have to test it for longer. The moisturizer feels just right: light, not sticky. The eyeshadow didn’t go on as purple as it seemed it would, fortunately; it was more of a bruised look. The coffee scrub (not shown, a bonus bonus) is supposed to be dry, as it’s for in-shower use.

Wanted to experiment with new make up and bought several suacriptions and Medusa was one of them. Chose it because I liked the pics and thought it would be interesting to receive a variety of products. However, most of the things I received didn't suit my skin tone and it was a really underwhelming for the price, so I cancelled it.

My daughter-n-law loved the packaging and the fact the products are vegan. However, the colors were not for a 40yr old. Luckily she has a preteen daughter who loves lipstick and she was able to give this item to her. I think as the purchaser I would say it is a fantastic gift idea for younger girls and the price for what you get is very good. I think it is a personal choice when it comes to color and unfortunately, for my daughter-n-law it missed the mark only because of the color.

I've never tried them in person but, from what I've seen online, Medusa's Makeup Cosmetics are pretty wicked-cool! The presentation and the packaging were sublime and the whole thing inspired a sense of anticipation! Then I opened the box. There were 4 full sized deeply pigmented, high quality vegan items. The dark greyish silver lip lacquer and bright blue mascara were really disappointing though. Frankly, really disappointing. The gold highlighting powder and the mauve eyeshadow were a bit better but still pretty boring. I think a good amount of people would find that wearing bright blue mascara and grey-black/silver lip gloss on a regular basis to be....unrealistic. (There's a good chance that it's going into my makeup collection and rarely have reason to make an appearance. ) I should take that back and say, for ME, I find "wearing bright blue mascara and grey-black/silver lip gloss on a regular basis to be....unrealistic." I'm one for trying new things that are outside of my comfort zone. I don't, however, like that I received a subscription box of highly rated cosmetics and I've given all but one away. I really want to like this makeup so I'll give Medusa's Makeup - Cruelty Free And Vegan Beauty Subscription Box one more try.

Just got our first box (I'm sharing with my daughter) and we were really excited about everything included in the box. We haven't used the products just yet, but are looking forward to doing so. She snagged the pretty glitter liquid eyeshadow and I am going to try out the matte liquid lipstick. There was also a cucumber facemask and witch hazel hibiscus facial spray toner. We may need to start getting a separate box for each us so that I can keep all of the products lol.
