If you expect this to fit like an XL it won't, it'll fit like a medium. It will be 2 sizes too small and it doesn't stretch so if you expect that kind of fabric buy elsewhere. The only thing the company who poorly made this scrub top got right is the color. That's quite literally it. Considering it's rigid it's not comfortable at all, and for those who are truly an extra large in size if you try it on good luck getting it off. Just warning you now you'll need an extra person to help. This truly is the worst scrub top I've ever bought and I'm sorry I did. Do what I did and order online from scrubs and beyond, they have 2-3 day shipping for free. It's worth the extra money ordering from there.
