It's ok. There is one problem that I haven't had from any other pad I've tried: the layers separate. I'm not talking about splitting or tearing. Like I'll be practicing various suturing types, & the dermis & epidermis separate from each other along the "junction". It's not coming from the needle or anything from the suture itself. It's annoying. So, if you just want to cut & do regular interrupted sutures, it won't matter, but it can affect other types. Add to that the cost, and I think there are plenty of other, better options than this one.

Used this product for 10 minutes max to practice intradermal sutures, and skin ripped with every puncture. Not practical for use as all three layers are easily ripped with very little force.
