I originally bought these at 24 weeks. They were larger than I anticipated but I kept them. I easy was able to fold the front down and they fit fine. In the photo I am 33 weeks pregnant and as you can see they fit great! Super comfy. Not sure why people are saying they dig into the belly. The material is soft and stretchy. I have no pain after 12 hours. The scrubs as a whole are honestly buttery soft. My only complaint is that they are kinda short. I’m 5’4” and usually wear Danskos but couldn’t with these pants. They looked ridiculous and like floods on me. Just wish they had a tall version. Other wise I love them. The only maternity pants with two pockets! That’s a plus in the medical world 🖤

I took off one star because of sizing, but overall I do really like them! They run large. I’m 5’5” and pre-pregnancy was 180 lbs, I normally wear size large scrubs. I ordered these in a large when I was around 18 weeks pregnant and they were almost completely falling down. Now that I’m 33 weeks and have gained 10 pounds they finally fit well without sliding around. If you want to wear them in your first or second trimester I would size down from your normal scrubs size. Otherwise I like how lightweight and slick the material is. I live in a warm climate so these are perfect for that. They have one back butt pocket and one left cargo pocket, which is plenty for me since I work outpatient. Overall quality purchase, sizing is just a little weird.

I’ve looked high and low for the perfect maternity scrubs. At 25 weeks, I’d had already grown out of the first set of x-small scrubs I had in another brand because the belly band became uncomfortable and was digging into my baby bump. I found these and ordered an x-small, sticking with my original pre-pregnancy size based on reviews. They are perfection! I’m 5”1’ and 125lbs at 25 weeks and trust me, the bump is bumpin! These pants are so comfortable and fit me perfectly! They’re not too long even though I did not order a petite and the belly “band” is so incredibly comfortable! I can actually not hate work as much because I’m not uncomfortable because of my clothes digging into me. They don’t have a tight band across the top, they just have the belly flap that comes up and covers the belly but it definitely does the trick and there’s definitely room for baby to grow. Even with running around a vets office all day, they still don’t budge or fall down on me. I highly recommend these comfy pants! I’ve purchased 3 more pair after wearing my first pair just twice. And the material is so nice and light and quick drying, perfect for Florida summer pregnancies. Also, the matching tops are gorgeous and comfortable as well!

I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant, and my regular scrubs were starting to feel tight/uncomfortable in the waistband. I bought these because none of the scrub stores in my area have spandex/Lycra maternity pants to try on. These are very soft and stretchy, which is exactly the style I like. I stuck to most of the reviews and bought my normal size (XL petite, big booty and thighs over here y’all) and they are just slightly, slightly big, but not by much. They’re mainly big in the maternity panel, but it will give me some room to grow. The thighs, hips, and butt fit well though. I really needed the color “galaxy”, which is what our nurses wear at my entity, but was having trouble finding that in a stretchy maternity pant. These actually match the galaxy color, even though they’re labeled “royal”. Again, VERY comfortable, maternity panel is not too tight on my belly, and I actually purchased another pair today!

I’ve bought multiple pairs of this pant in different sizes. I’m usually a size large so that’s the first size I ordered. I read most people in the reviews said to buy the size you were before pregnancy. I’m 7 months and have gained 10 pounds. The large was way to small, so I had to return them. Next I bought an x-large, which fit good around the legs and waist. The only problem I have with that pair is that the material is so soft, the pants fall when you’re walking so I am always pulling them up. I had already bought and worn two of the tops (which I love) so I decided to just go with this brand and bought a second pair of pants. That pair of x-large was way too big! I’ve made multiple returns on this product but they are very comfortable and if you have a band to keep the pants up, they’re worth purchasing.

The BEST maternity scrubs I’ve tried and I’ve tried soooo many. These are so comfortable. I love the pockets and the fit around my tummy. I’m 24 weeks so not super big yet but they are absolutely perfect. Worst case I will just have to size up towards the very end but I don’t think I will. They fit my legs and my stomach which has been hard to find.

I'm 5'1" and weigh 163 at 4 1/2 months pregnant. I weight train, so I'm heavy, but carry my weight well. I typically wear a small in Med Couture scrub bottoms, and can still fit into all of my regular scrubs;, however, I wanted some that would go over my belly for comfort purposes. I ordered a Medium (regular - not petite or tall), assuming I would grow into them as my pregnancy progresses. I love the material, as it feels soft and won't fade. The fit is a little loose, as expected, which is fine. They don't drag on the floor, which I tend to have an issue with due to my height. The belly band is not restrictive, and doesn't have stitching at the top to make it cause pressure on the top of your belly. It's a silly material, but not thin, so it serves it's purpose well. It is a little loose as well, but I'm not done growing, so I'm okay with that. The only drawback was they did slide down just a little from walking and excessive movement, but not enough for anyone else to notice, or for me to hate wearing them. I honestly love them.
