I was very skeptical since scrub bottoms are so diverse with their sizing. I’m 5’5”, 190 pounds with a big ole butt so I ordered a size large. These fit so good and are so stretchy. The waist band has a lot of give so it doesn’t roll or dig into my stomach when I sit. They’re like butter.

I really love how these scrub pants feel. I’m 5 foot tall 150 pounds. They’re a little blousy in the legs I ordered a large petite I am going to try the medium petite. The fabric is awesome.

    • Drawstring is useless

Overall these are comfortable but I have a few issues. One- I saw a lot of reviews suggesting sizing up so I did and the xxl was way too big. For reference I usually am an xl in pants, but scrubs I can vary. I wear xl in scrub star but xxl sketchers scrub pants and figs. This wouldn’t have been such an issue if the drawstring worked on these pants. But the openings where the string comes out are so close together that trying to tighten them is impossible. The drawstring is essentially useless and then once it’s tied it gets so tightly knotted to itself that it can barely be undone. Two- the color isn’t true black, it’s a very dark gray. This makes it hard to pair these pants with my other black scrub tops and I even feel like it doesn’t match the peaches top I have very well either. All in all these pants have potential if you get the right size for you and don’t need to tighten the drawstring- they are very stretchy and comfortable. ... show more

I purchased a medium regular and probably could’ve gone with a medium petite. I can pull the waist band up past my belly button which is ok considering I have the stretchy stomach from 3 children. The leg length goes all the way to my shoes with some material to spare. I think my next purchase of these will probably be a petite just to see how they length works out for me. These are still good. I don’t mind them. My only issue is that the material can show the cellulite. That also depends on the color of the scrubs. I ordered the gray ones. I also forgot to mention the pockets are perfect. Two leg pockets and two at the waist band. What more do you need? Update to my previous rating. I did go ahead and purchase the medium petite. Works even better. I could do either or but I’m gonna purchase the petite in the future just because the waist goes so high on me. ... show more
