The medium fit perfectly on my belly at 30 weeks, (5'6" and 200lbs, still fitting into size 14 jeans with a hairband around the button, and I have a big butt and thighs) and would have enough stretch to make it through, but the thighs were a little too tight to be able to fit a second layer underneath and we're having an ill nina winter, so layering is necessary! I went with the large and just took in the waist and belly with my sewing machine. The stretch ability on these is amazing, and I wouldn't go with any other style. The 4-way-flex is like wearing leggings, I am in love! I'm even considering altering them after pregnancy to keep wearing well after, that's how great they are! I had the Cherokee i-Flex in regular sizes before, which were comfortable and stretchy, but these are way better! I would recommend them to everyone! I wear a large in regular scrub pants and bought a large in these. I am 30 weeks pregnant with my second baby, 5ft 4in and was worried these were going to be too short but they are the perfect length and fit. I would've purchased an XL had I not read the reviews and instead I got a L and they are perfect. They stay up, have room to grow, and are comfy. My only complaint is that they only have back pockets and a left sided pocked but since we are allowed to wear t shirts at work I dont have scrub top pockets so it's a con for me. I took off one star because of sizing, but overall I do really like them! They run large. I’m 5’5” and pre-pregnancy was 180 lbs, I normally wear size large scrubs. I ordered these in a large when I was around 18 weeks pregnant and they were almost completely falling down. Now that I’m 33 weeks and have gained 10 pounds they finally fit well without sliding around. If you want to wear them in your first or second trimester I would size down from your normal scrubs size. Otherwise I like how lightweight and slick the material is. I live in a warm climate so these are perfect for that. They have one back butt pocket and one left cargo pocket, which is plenty for me since I work outpatient. When I first got these pants (size large) I thought the waist was comically large. Well now they are actually perfect! I’m 20 weeks with twins and these still have room to grow. I love that they have an actual pocket (I’ve been missing this in maternity pants) and the material is slightly slick so pet fur doesn’t stick. Very soft, but sadly very large, short, and unstructured. The fabric is really thin and shiny. I wear and medium to large maternity pant and am 27 weeks, about 168lb and 5’8”, and ordered the large in these to make sure they made it to my feet. Usually a 30” inseam is more than enough, so I’m not sure how these are actually cut because they were hitting high ankle and falling off (had to hold them up to assess for length, in case a medium could maybe work). ... show more

23 weeks pregnant and purchased a size large. Tried just sizing up in normal scrubs, but felt like i looked like a giant blob, so ineecided toninvest in a few pairs of maternity scrubs. Glad I did! When I'm not pregnant i borderline between a large and an extra large. Really glad i opted for the large, they are definitely not tight like some scrubs in this material can be. Just like in other reviews, i have had to pull them up every now and then but definitely not enough that i would stop wearing them. Bought 2 pairs in black and considering getting a 3rd pair in navy. After reading reviews about these pants I decided to get a size Large instead of an Extra Large. So glad I did, they are still a little big but fit well. I’m 5’6” and 215lbs pre pregnancy. Now 219 at 23 weeks for reference.
