Very comfortable. The top is a big long which I don’t mind so my skin doesn’t show. It could still be a little bit shorter. I bought a small, however, I should’ve gone with extra small. Perhaps it wouldn’t be as long. I still love the quality and comfort of this scrub top. The photo attached only shows the bottom. I’m 5’6” 140lbs and 34DD. I had this top in a small and I ordered a medium to accommodate for my pregnancy. There’s a big size difference between the two. The small is pretty fitted through my chest and tummy. I’m currently 145lb, 36DD and 5 months pregnant. The medium is very loose. overall I’m happy with the top! Very comfortable and not too pricy! The material is breathable. Liked the fit of scrubs, the material is soft and comfortable, after a long day of dental assisting how comfortable the material is super important! I love how I don’t have to iron these scrubs before I head out the door in the morning. The quality of the scrubs are five star.

I love MedCouture and pretty much wear a small in all scrub tops, both by MC and other brands. Unfortunately, this too fit great everywhere but under the arms. I exchanged for a medium, and it is tailored to provide shape but looks a bit baggy. I kept the medium, but I would not buy one of these again. I like these scrubs and I have several tops from the brand that I really enjoy and they fit perfectly; however, this particular top runs super big. I usually wear an XS in any scrubs I have. I bought the XS top and it fits like a maternity top. Very baggy and long. It hangs past my hips and is very unflattering. The material is great quality and it is soft and comfortable, but if you want something that looks good, too I recommend buying a size smaller. Unfortunately they do not offer an XXS or I would have exchanged it. ... show more
