The flavor is rich and buttery with that classic toffee-butterscotch vibe that reminds you of sipping a Butterbeer in Hogsmeade. I’ve sprinkled it on French toast, vanilla ice cream, and my tongue and I really like this flavor! It melts nicely and adds a sweet caramel-like finish without being overpowering. When I saw this come out I had to try it. If you are addicted to butterbeer from the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter, this finishing sugar will not disappoint! I put a splash into one can of vanilla creme soda. For the topping I whip heaving whipping creme and powdered sugar together, and sprinkle the butterbeer granulated sugar topping. The taste is very subdued. The flavor itself gives a minimal hint of buttery toffee. McCormick gjves a much stronger taste of toffee. The price is reasonable

So good! I couldn’t wait to try this so I immediately just put it on some whipped cream to taste it - 10/10! Used it with butter beer coffee creamer to make a fancy weekend coffee at home. Can’t wait to try more recipes
