Maxima's Ester based synthetic is just excellent and this 2013 Honda seems to like the change, starting slightly faster, getting better fuel economy, running very slightly smoother and of course there is serious peace of mind when you are running the Best lubrication money can buy (yes Amsoil is good but this Maxima product just seems slightly better). I also switched to Maxima's Type F synthetic Ester based ATF which made a an extra world of difference, with the trans shifting noticeably firmer and more quickly as well as NOT downshifting so easily or anywhere near as often resulting in less wear and tear and greater fuel econ! I also run Maxima's Triple Ester 10w60 in my BMW R1200GSA - it also a significant improvement in power and fuel econ! My 2010 Goldwing has never shifted smoother and with noticeable reduction in gear train noise with this oil. Used mobile 1 4T previously which was also better than most other oils but this oil best so far

This is a great oil. I’m running it in my 2008 hayabusa and it shifts silky smooth. I have ran top brand oils in the past, such as Amsoil and Silkolene Pro 4. Maxima is right up there with them.
