I didnt want something on my bookshelf that was big and clunky like some other bookends, or metal which I thought may be too flimsy with the amount of books being held up. and because my shelves are open-ended, I went with these clear acrylic ones so I could still see my covers. the bookends have yet to move, as they have little grippers on the bottom. they're super sturdy and I love them.

I just got brand new bookshelves for all the books I have. I wanted some new bookends that wasn't anything crazy and these are perfect! I wanted discreet bookends on some shelves so I slid these bookends between the cover and front page of the books. Other than a few books being too short for the height of the acrylic this was exactly the look I was going for. I wanted to see the books and not the bookends. They've been holding up well so far. Sturdy, effective book ends. There’s little grippy things on the bottom that keep them in place. They are clear but look like a good plastic and not some cheap discolored looking plastic. Highly recommend.
