I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 & I was frustrated when I tried to roll my driver's side window up & the button that you would typically pull up on was very loose. This was also the case with the passenger side, but I had just been dealing w/ it. I kept looking online to see if I could just replace the buttons b/c I knew it wasn't the motor or no power getting to it. I eventually found there is no way to replace just the buttons, you have to replace the whole unit. I was worried b/c I assumed it would cost a bunch of money & also worried it wasn't something I'd be able to do (Im a female & I had never had to deal w/ this type of thing so I wasn't sure how all this works), HOWEVER, found this whole window control unit could be replaced & it costs me less than $30!! The price made me SUPER happy & the fact that it fit perfect when it came. I also found it to be SUPER easy to switch out the old w/ the new.
