I thought Turkish Cotton was highly absorbent------either these towels are NOT Turkish cotton-----or they are made with something else. After drying off with these towels, my skin is still wet. Many great qualities but not so sure about absorbency

The color of these towels is gorgeous, and they're very thick and soft, but I didn't find them to be that absorbent. Maybe that will improve after they're washed a few times. That sometimes happens. I'm going to keep them and see.
