The letters come with a paper inside if you have any problems to email them. I had troubles with one of the lights not working and not very bright as the others. Received the P and it wasn’t new. It has hot glue already on the item and was torn and ripped. I needed it for a project and had to make do, but wasn’t satisfied with the money paid! Horrible business! No rating from me!
