We’ve had Ginger for 8 months, when we first got her she was all go, no woah! After a few months she was rideable but weaved and paced her stall non stop - to the point that she never had piles of poop because she trampled them to dust, there were some changes to the barn and she became very aggressive out in pasture with other horses (she’s in her 20s), we started her on this in the beginning of summer, she’s relaxed a lot, I really noticed it the other day when I went to clean her stall and there were 3 perfect piles of poop!! Then when I went to bring her in from pasture she started quietly walking the fence line, where as before the supplement she’d be trotting or cantering the fence line as soon as we pulled in, now she’ll walk it but once she knows we aren’t bringing her in right away she’ll go graze until we come back out - she’s still full of energy just not anxiety ... show more

I started using Mare Magic two months ago because I moved my mare to a stable that has their geldings and mares running together. My 4 year old mare has always had heavy and moody heat cycles. After I moved her to a stable where the geldings and mares ran together her heat cycles came on and off every 10 days and she was a hot mess. She became so irritable a sensitive to touch even in her cycle that I ordered regamate and by the time my vet got it in I had decided to try Mare Magic first. I noticed a huge change in her by the next cycle. I have never opened the regamate because while she still struggles during her cycle being moody and coming on strong she is now tolerable and her heat cycle is much more tolerable. I can't believe how well this stuff works! My mare is VERY high strung, and since summer her heat cycles have made her very moody and I can't ride her because she bucks, spooks and is just totally unreasonable. I was very upset thinking I couldn't ride my horse until fall. But then I tried mare magic. At first it didn't show signs of doing anything, and my mare is already very calm and gentle and sweet in general. But you get on her and she turns into a rodeo demon. So I fed it to literally right before I got on, and low and behold, where did this sweet little princess come from??! I was actually able to jog her, lope her, and even jump her without any trouble or her rushing. I am so happy with this product and I will NEVER stop using it as long as I have a mare!!! I’ve used this product on two very different horses. One was a thoroughbred and the other a giant warmblood. I’m going to say I think it helped take the high energy edge off the thoroughbred. Remaining athletic without his nervousness. And my warmblood seemed to be able to focus more when in a working/training situation. I haven't been able to ride in about a month because my mare has just been moody and throwing a fit if I lunge or ride. She was throwing her head while riding and was taking off while lunging and she was trying to kick me. She was pinning her ears at every horse that went near her and she was just an all around wench that no one wanted to go near. 5 days on this stuff and I'm finally able to ride!!
