I’m 6’1”, 205. Usually I wear large shirts. I bought XL due to reviews and it’s a good fit. Note that the embroidered parts actually have holes between stitching. You can definitely see skin, chest hair, and sometimes a nipple. The pics online don’t really show that aspect.     • Surprisingly good quality
I haven’t washed it yet, but it’s all synthetic, so it shouldn’t shrink, as it needs to air dry. Fit is perfect and it’s very soft. The buttons are color matched perfectly. I am privy to cotton, but this is worth the wear, and certainly worth the price.

This 3x would not have fit on a 10 year old child Horrible size. Hassle to return. During the return process it attempted to trick me into returning all 5 shirts but refunding me for only 1. Very tricky. Would not buy from them again! 😤
