When the dress form arrived it was super easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and quality was as pictured and expected. We were missing the top knob, the seller responded very quickly and helpfully to send a new top knob with no charge, of course. Once that top knob arrived it was not the right one for the form I purchased, a simple mistake, I reached out again and they said they would take care of it...almost immediately I received a new delivery and couldn't be happier with how the communication and execution for the solution went. Great size, not very sturdy it wobbles and falls over but I used paper to keep it from wobbling. Very light so if you put something heavy on it, it will fall over. Great for the price, I just use it for pictures and it works perfect.

I ordered this as my previous mannequin was starting to get wobbly. Well, this one is worse and it’s brand new. It was easy to assemble but the legs are not secure so it wobbles. I also do not like the velvet covering as my clothes are difficult to put on and pull off - they stick to it like crazy. Time is money and it takes way more time to use this model.
