The off the shoulder portion is great, and the sleeves do not slide down. The body suit portion is suited best for folks with regular/small length torso. Being tall makes the fit a little harder, but it stretches well.

I bought the white long-sleeved off the shoulders version of this bodysuit. I am tall at 5'10" and 140 lbs, for reference and it fit perfectly! I ALWAYS have issues with bodysuits in particular not being long enough for my torso, but this one fit just right without riding up like most do on me! Arm length was good too with sleeve length stopping right at my wrist. The off the shoulder look this gives is very flattering although you can also wear it where it sits just on the top edge of your shoulders/shoulder cap. Fabric is very soft, stretchy and breathable. However it is quite thin and in the color white, you CAN easily see your nipples/areola color showing thru. Still trying to figure out how to get around this, as wearing a strapless bra underneath would show as well. I haven't tried wearing it with my flesh toned stick on bra yet but I'm pretty sure at least the outline of anything underneath would show. Maybe a bandeau top underneath would work? Either way, I am extremely happy with the fit and style and will be ordering some other colors/ versions of this bodysuit. I recommend this bodysuit and say go for it! The bodysuit itself is super soft and fits great but this one doesn't form fit so if you are looking for something to really suck you in and shape, this is not it.

I love the beautiful neckline of this bodysuit. You can wear it as a layering piece or on it's own as a top. I have been wearing it with high rise jeans and under sweaters. It is true to size. The white color is not too sheer. The knit quality is nice.

Honestly, this is the best off the shoulder long sleeve bodysuit I have bought. The material is so soft, a little stretchy, and it flows beautifully. This is a great bodysuit, but it does run large! Consider ordering a size down. For reference, I am 5’5, 180lbs, normally a large in bodysuits, and had to return the Large for the medium, which fit perfectly! It’s super stretchy, and is not see through!
